At our facility in Vaughan, ONT you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging sector as the Shipping Supervisor:

Oversee daily shipping and warehouse operations, including trailer yard management, cycle counting, and shift coordination
Monitor and analyze established KPIs, implementing corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met
Optimize logistics processes and enhance efficiency through the application of lean manufacturing principles
Provide strong leadership to a seasoned team of 25 people with 7 direct reports, driving change management initiatives and fostering talent development to support succession planning
Ensure compliance with safety standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the logistic sector
Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision and a solid understanding of logistics processes
Strong leadership skills to inspire a collaborative team environment and promote safety and operational excellence
Experience using SAP as ERP system for logistic and warehouse management system
Expertise in driving change management initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies is a definite asset
Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between departments and proactive problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated sense of responsibility, autonomy, and an ethical approach to your work.
