Responsibilities
Lead the team in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing products.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
Train team members, set objectives, and foster a positive team environment.
Identify and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to align shipping schedules and resolve issues.
Qualifications
Experience in team management within logistics.
Ability to conduct inventory audits and manage discrepancies.
Strong training and team management skills.
Aptitude for identifying process improvements.
Knowledge of safety policies and company standards.
Excellent coordination skills with other departments.
