Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze asset management requirements
• Design and configure HAM solutions aligned with business and IT needs
• Customize and optimize ServiceNow HAM modules to ensure process effectiveness
• Support integration of HAM with other IT systems and automation tools
• Contribute to user training and enablement documentation
• Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance of the deployed solutions
Qualifications
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HAM in enterprise environments
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Background in IT or Computing Science (diploma or degree preferred)
