Experience:
The ServiceNow Developer (contractor) will be expected to have the following experience:
3-5 years of related ServiceNow administration and implementation experience; including experience administering a ServiceNow instance, managing the overall security of the platform, gathering and interpreting business requirements, developing workflows, business
rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist in one of the following: ITSM or ITOM.
Experience with customization of ServiceNow, including proficiency in JavaScript, Custom Tables, HTML/CSS is an asset.
Experience integrating ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs is an asset.
Experience in Agile software development practices is an asset.
Ability to work with all levels of management and technical staff to analyze complex issues while maintaining professionalism, with the ability to communicate complex ideas/processes in simple terminology.
Ability to plan and coordinate workload effectively.
Ability to work and collaborate within a team environment and independently, with a client/user orientation.

Examine requests for software enhancements or adjustments, then apply the modifications to the operational systems.
Diagnose issues, correct flaws, and assist users of apps created by the ServiceNow development team.
