Responsibilities
Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
(Start-Up & Set-Up of inkjet coding systems )
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
Experience in the packaging industry is an asset.
Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for service tasks.
Valid Ontario driver’s license.
