Responsibilities
- interact with senior management and maintenance teams
- troubleshoot equipment issues and perform appropriate repairs
- work with various food processing equipment including: mixing, blending, emulsifying, batch cooking, sausage filling lines, linking equipment for meat and food processors
- travel to different sites within Ontario and be in a customer facing role
Qualifications
- Preference for 433a Millwright license or 442a Industrial Electrician, however strong mechanical experience is necessary
- ability to work in a service , travel role / previous service technician experience an asset
- ability to lift 10KG to 25KG
- food equipment repair experience an asset
- ability to work flexible hours, depending on the project
- ability to be in meat, bakery, dairy settings
- valid driver's license
- computer literate (Microsoft skill set)
- professionalism to deal with clients, good time judgement skills for projects and eager to keep learning
