Responsibilities
In this role, you will have an impact on…
Reading source documents such as cancelled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in
specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Locating and correcting data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
Comparing data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
Operating data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
Qualifications
University or college degree
Strong commercial procurement experience
Proven experience as a change agent
High level of professionalism with a strategic mindset
Strong business acumen with a knowledge of trends and what is happening within the market
Proven project management experience
Agile and comfortable adjusting to ever-changing priorities
Ability to see challenge as an opportunity and has a desire to build new processes
Resourceful and able to think through a problem and knows where to find the answers
Strong people-skills and a passion to build and maintain strong relationships
Independent and thoughtful decision maker
