Responsibilities
Clerical role, filing, pulling of files and updating security systems
Photocopying securities and send to branches
Work and mail reports to branches
Will be on their feet in the filing (need to be able to lift, bend and be on feet).
Operate data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
Responsible for accurate information documentation and personal project management.
Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Strong Communication- bilingual in both languages
- Fast paced environment
- Work under pressure
- Can meet SLA’s
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Need to be okay with being on feet/bending/lifting- file room
Nice to have:
- Previous credit experience
- FI experience
