Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team, including warranty and technical support staff.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a junior team, ensuring consistent growth and excellence.
- Oversee the setup and management of technical training for all products, including creating tutorials and training materials.
- Support with technical troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Establish and manage customer service systems and processes to deliver outstanding results.
- Handle escalated customer service cases and ensure resolution.
- Work closely with clients to enhance their service operations and grow parts and service businesses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related OEM industries.
- Proven experience managing technical and customer service teams in a corporate setting.
- Strong technical understanding of engines and related systems.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; bilingualism is an asset.
- Degree or diploma in a technical or business program is an asset, or related experience.
