We are looking for a great Service Coordinator to become part of a great team in Nepean. In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed, and have great attention to detail. You’ll be spending your time dealing with drivers and customers and will be arranging and following up on service calls. Specific experience in a trades environment (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical etc).

-Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email
-Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
Qualifications
Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
2-3 years of customer service/office experience
2-3 years of service coordination experience preferred
Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Strong written and oral communication skills - Bilingualism in English and French will be considered a strong Asset
Critical and logical thinking skills
