Responsibilities
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will support the customer portfolio in their various service needs:
- Complete work orders
- Order parts from suppliers
- Manage orders
- Honor product warranty policies with suppliers
- Track orders and inform customers of the status of their files
- Maintain back orders
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Participate in the purchasing and procurement process
- Maintain price lists
- Take and follow up on voice messages
- Complete quotation requests
- Assist with customer service at the counter
- Keep showroom clean and tidy
- Support receiving/shipping of parts
- Participate in annual inventory
- Count the cash register
- Other duties related to maintaining branch harmony and operations
Qualifications
English and French (spoken and written)
Possess inventory management skills
Demonstrate meticulousness and attention to detail
Have basic computer skills
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess experience as an automotive parts and accessories sales consultant Knowledge of auto mechanics
