We are currently recruiting for an Service Coordinator in the Oakville area. This full-time, contract position will be fully in office. This contract has the opportunity to be extended and/or become permanent. Daily responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, scheduling service calls, and supporting both the engineering and service departments. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has the drive and mentality to learn and grow their skill set. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail is required for this position. They will be professional, hard-working and diligent, as well as willing to support the team with a variety of tasks.

Advantages
- $25/hour
- 2 month contract with the opportunity to be extended and/or become permanent
- Fully in office
- Monday to Friday; 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Working alongside a small but dynamic team
- On-site, hands-on training
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating onsite and in-house services
- Arrange service equipment and parts for service visits
- Providing quotes for annual service
- Following up with new customers to introduce local services
- Coordinate and interface with other internal departments on service issues
- Review submitted service reports for completeness, verifying with database all parts and returned materials entered into the system under the designated purchase order.
- Determine the amount the customer should be invoiced by referring to the service report, original quote, and purchase order
- Keying entries into the system
- Data entry
- Customer correspondence; service order pick up and processing
- Adhere to organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of CRM's
- Interpersonal communication skills is key
- Computer savvy
- Operational skill level in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Professional and diligent mentality
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
