Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for assigned product categories.
- Utilize keyword research tools to identify opportunities for content expansion and optimization
- Ensure consistent keyword usage throughout product and category pages, optimizing metadata to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with digital experience, marketing, and e-commerce teams to develop effective SEO and content strategies that meet business objectives.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as broken links, canonical issues, duplicate content, and indexing errors, and optimize internal linking for improved website navigation and SEO.
- Establish and enforce SEO content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in product information, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing, analyzing competitors and applying relevant insights to improve the brand’s online presence.
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and CTRs. Identify trends and areas for improvement, generating regular reports with actionable insights. Utilize analytics tools to optimize strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and basic technical SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Botify, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
