Lead the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
Educate employers on the benefits of hiring diverse talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage a small team of dedicated professionals.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment and business development experience.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience in a client-facing role.
Proficient in communication and organizational skills.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
