Responsibilities
• Develop and execute QA project plans, test cases, and automation strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, including application load and vulnerability testing, to identify and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize automation tools like OpenText (HP) Unified Functional Testing and Application Lifecycle Management to streamline processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks to support diverse business needs.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Five (5) years' experience acting in the role of a Quality Assurance Analyst;
• Five (5) years' experience with capturing requirements, test cases, manual and automated tests as appropriate, and defect management;
• Five (5) years' experience performing application load testing and vulnerability testing; and
• Five (5) years' experience in automation tools such as OpenText (HP) Unified Functional Testing (both GUI and API mode), and experience in OpenText (HP) Application Lifecycle Management.
Desired Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels;
• Ability to disseminate information to various audiences, technical or non-technical;
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and clients;
• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects; and
• Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations.
