Responsibilities
• Manage one or more projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple technical workstreams
• Develop and oversee project deliverables, guiding stakeholder workshops
• Collaborate with external vendors and system integrators to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Advocate for the compliance team’s needs and ensure successful system integration
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
• At least five years of experience in a business analyst or project manager role
• Strong business analysis skills with experience on strategic projects
• Ability to identify assumptions, constraints, and estimate effort for corporate projects
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups across business and technical teams
• Experience documenting complex business and system requirements clearly
• Familiarity with integration and user acceptance testing
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion within tight timelines
• Experience with system integration and application architecture
• Experience delivering technology solutions to law firms or legal departments
• Knowledge of compliance and legal workflows
• Familiarity with agile project delivery
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and client-service oriented
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
