Please note that this role will be primarily based at a project site.

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of project from conception to completion, while communicating progress to key Stakeholders.
- Management of scheduling, drawings, budget, change orders, and other components.
- Lead the project management team and effectively utilize and support each member.
- Coordinate effectively and efficiently with site team with strong communication.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, keeping the best interests of the company top of mind.
Qualifications
- University or College Degree in Engineering/Construction or Architectural curriculum or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as an ICI Project Manager, managing institutional/commercial large scale, complex projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in negotiation and project budgets
- Proficient with construction software and tools.
