Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Coordinate project management aspects of the planning and implementation of initiatives under the Monitoring and Response, Operational Resilience and Cyber Planning and Resilience portfolios to meet business and Cyber requirements in a secure manner
•Assist with the development program/project plans, draft risk registers and obtain required approvals
•Support the development of the IT Resilience strategy and associated tasks such as building the roadmap, outlining the goals, initiatives, dependencies, and milestones.
•Plan and test recovery process for crown-jewel systems with the support of the Operational Resilience team.
•Assist with other project management related deliverables as required by the project team (governance model, implementation plan, transition approach and plan, monthly updates, etc.)
•Support the achievement of program/project objectives by allocating resources and organizing the collaboration of other teams
•Coordinate program/project change requests
•Assist with the development and maintain program/project status dashboard
•Report progress regularly to management and program sponsors
•Collaborate with project managers and project controllers within the organization to analyze resource assignments as well as project financials
•Collaborate with project team to enable and support the initiative (business analyst, change management, communications, etc.)
•Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns
•Attend and coordinate daily scrum meetings to provide guidance to the technical teams to identify and prioritize deliverables
•Coordinate and facilitate cross functional initiatives across ITS to meet departmental objectives
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
•University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering or business administration
•A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of information security and IT
•A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing a project team for the definition and implementation of cyber security solutions in a complex environment
•Demonstrable application of PMBOK principles and methodology in project
•Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application solutions
Additional Qualifications
The following will also be considered:
•Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
•SCRUM Master Certification
•PMP Certification
•Demonstrated experience with Cloud projects (Microsoft Azure)
•French will be considered an asset
