PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage one or more projects from inception to delivery
•Coordinate activities and manage dependencies across multiple technical workstreams.
•Develop and lead the development of project deliverables.
•Work with external vendors and system integrators to ensure that the solution design aligns with requirements and technical standards.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have:
•5+ years of experience working in a BA/PM capacity
•Excellent BA skills
•Has played a senior role on strategic projects
•Experience identifying assumptions, constraints, and estimating effort for corporate projects at the concept/pre-initiation stage
•Significant experience as a Business Analyst:
oWorking with diverse stakeholder groups from business to technical
oProven ability to build consensus among differing perspectives
oDemonstrated ability to document complex business/system requirements with clarity
oStrong communication and analytical skills
oAble to lead and conduct integration and user acceptance testing
oExperience with system integration and application architecture
•Experience as a Project Manager:
oProven ability to drive projects to completion under tight timelines
oAble to manage a medium size project with diverse stakeholders
oDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
oAble to provide project status reports on a timely basis to project leaders
oExperience with agile project delivery is an asset
Preferred:
•Experience delivering technology solutions to law firms or legal departments within financial services
•Understanding of compliance and legal services workflows, products and their lifecycle
•Experience with agile project delivery is an asset
