- Salary depending on experience, 70-80k range

Responsibilities
- Support with the development of the operations by delegating tasks, mentoring staff, support with cross-training duties
- Ensure customers freight is delivered and pick-up in timely and damage free
- Communicate with dispatch and dock staff at various terminals to coordinate movement of freight and trailers
- Monitor dock and yard workers are following proper loading procedures
- Evaluate and reconfigure route structures
- Participate in health and safety meetings
- Cost reduction analysis and reporting
- Daily administrative tasks: delivery receipts, manifests, billing, tracking, etc
- Identify errors and solve
Qualifications
- French and English is necessary
- 4 years in LTL setting
- Knowledge of DOT and MTO rules and regulations, Dangerous Goods
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution skills and critical-thinking skills
- 1 year experience using TMS software (Truckmate preferred)
- A true team player who posses leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure
- Organized and ability to prioritize tasks
