Responsibilities
The Senior Manager Sourcing will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Leading negotiations for complex technology sourcing deals with a total contract value of $5 million or more.
Authoring and editing contracts.
Leading and supporting cross-functional stakeholder interactions and relationships.
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
Managing supplier relationships.
Achieving individual and team financial savings targets.
Utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
10-15 years of procurement sourcing experience (technology sourcing experience of at least 5 years is mandatory).
Post-secondary education in Finance, a related purchasing field, or a Procurement Designation.
Proven ability to lead negotiations for complex deals with a total contract value of $5 million or more.
Excellent contract authoring and editing skills.
Strong experience leading and supporting cross-functional stakeholder interactions/relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
Understanding of procurement law and regulations is a plus.
