Responsibilities
-Produce front office view of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date Net Interest Income and Total Return.
-Collaborate with traders, performance managers, enterprise hedge accounting, and product control to verify PnL figures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
-Reconcile results with the ALM measurement team on a weekly basis and analyze discrepancies impacting PnL.
-Present PnL findings and discrepancies to the head of the trading group on a weekly basis.
-Execute ad-hoc projects and perform detailed analytics to support decision-making.
-Develop, implement, modify, and document PnL reporting processes.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
-2-7 years of experience in PnL reporting, product control, or performance management within the banking sector.
-Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
-Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have:
-Experience with VBA, SQL, Python, Tableau, EPM, EGL, or HIVE.
-Knowledge of Enterprise Hedge Accounting.
