Responsibilities
*Provide hands-on support to the design and development of trading and compliance voice systems.
*Oversee the Trader Voice and Compliance Voice Recording systems, focusing on improving their design to align with compliance policies for trading floors.
*Work closely with traders and IT support teams to ensure smooth functionality and adherence to compliance standards.
*Enhance data surveillance systems and improve overall system design for better compliance and monitoring.
*Background in trading, investment banking, and capital markets' domain to ensure that the systems meet the needs of the trading environment.
*Oversee the architecture and design of trader’s voice systems, ensuring both operational and developmental aspects are well integrated.
*Collaborate in developing market data systems for effective data management and surveillance.
Qualifications
*Experience in SIP and telecommunication technologies
*Trader and Enterprise Voice technology experience is necessary
*Voice and text communication recording technology experience is needed
*Text and Voice Communication surveillance technology experience is required
*Good understanding of electronic communication technology: voice, video, text, email and enabling platforms: identity management, analytics and monitoring, API-based integration and capture/recording
