Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the warehouse orders, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet client expectations
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that deliveries are scheduled, tracked, and processed efficiently
- Work closely with carriers, vendors, and clients to schedule deliveries and pickups
- Act as a point of contact for client requests, resolve issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or delivery problems, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (e.g., invoices, packing slips, shipping labels) is accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking, inventory levels, and customer requests
- Provide regular reports on shipment status, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency to management
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, operations, sales) to align clients needs and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3PL warehousing / logistics setting
- Experience in a 3PL environment
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
