1. New Plant (Capacity Addition):
• Design and construction of a new 300 MMSCFD Refrigeration Plant
• Addition of four (4) new storage wells and one (1) new observation well
• Construction of a pipeline connecting storage wells to the plant site
2. Optimization of Existing Plant:
• Replacement and upgrade of header piping
• Replacement of primary compressors
• Full plant automation upgrade: Replace existing DCS with modern PLC systems
• Custody measurement review and upgrade
• Upgrade of existing utilities and support infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior engineering oversight for all aspects of facility and pipeline engineering for both new and existing infrastructure.
• Lead technical interface with multiple Engineering Contractors to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet regulatory, corporate, and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate and drive integration of concurrent engineering scopes across new plant and existing facilities.
• Collaborate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure engineering supports seamless execution.
• Act as the technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering decisions.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation related to engineering scope.
• Ensure robust change management is applied across design development and execution.
• Represent the project in internal and external engineering reviews.

Must-Have:
• 15+ years of engineering experience in gas processing facility design and execution.
• Demonstrated success delivering large, multi-scope energy infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of process, mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and utility systems.
• Extensive experience managing multiple Engineering Contractors and concurrent scopes.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Preferred:
• Prior experience in brownfield facility optimization projects.
• Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle phases including FEL, detailed design, and construction support.
