Responsibilities
The incumbent of the position based in Montreal will be responsible for:
• Management of IT equipment
• Act as a point of contact for company users and provide technical support
• Ensure the deployment of new tools or system updates
• Ensure continuous monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
• Document and keep the company’s IT processes up to date
• Management of relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Suggest any necessary improvements to system administration
• Assume any other tasks related to the position
Qualifications
You have the following requirements:
• Diploma in information technology or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum experience as an IT technician
• Knowledge of Windows servers (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.)
• Experience in administering M365 and GoogleWorkspace
• Demonstrate strong autonomy and leadership
• Knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, etc.
