Responsibilities
• Provide enterprise analysis and business process transformation to define solutions.
• Prepare vital project documentation and support business decision-making.
• Author and assist in creating detailed deliverables for system and process support.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation for various SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to identify process gaps and resolutions.
Qualifications
• Graduate from a recognized university in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in Business Analysis with SAP implementation projects specifically in the Recruitment & Onboarding and Performance & Goal Management modules;
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR information systems like Taleo or PeopleSoft.
• Strong skills in Microsoft and Google office and collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
