As a Senior Financial Analyst you will: you will have lead financial reporting and budgeting process and have the confidence to identify and implement, modify, or add new reporting tools - such as Power BI, Jet Reports, or Tableau systems to improve dashboarding and real-time access to information to move the business forward.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will:
-Prepare annual budget with department leads and review monthly forecast activities to ensure expenses and
funding are aligned with expectations
-Review account reconciliations, analyze data and supporting information to complete month-end, year-end
analysis, budget variances and accruals
-Synthesize and analyze financial data from multiple sources, prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
in accordance with Headquarters’ policies and standards, provide improvement strategies to support leadership’s
decision making
-Collaborate and build working relationships with stakeholders to understand requirements and work towards
business insights, produce KPI metrics for operational review and continuous improvement
-Lead the implementation, design or modification of business systems as required to ensure the ongoing improvement
-Review and prep month-end packages, annual consolidated financial statements
-Timely and accurate production of accounting information, effective communication of key monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, operational and treasury insights to the Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
-Support the annual budget process, monthly forecasting, and corporate modeling
Qualifications
To be successful in the role of as a Senior Financial Analyst you will have:
- 5 + years in the Financial Analyst Capacity
-Great leadership - ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff members
-Proficient in system implementations - ERP, reporting tools
-Proven expertise in dashboards and reporting tools to improve the Finance function such as: Power BI, Tableau, Jet Reports, Venna
-Advanced Excel - Power pivots and automation
