In this strategic role, you will act as a key finance business partner to management, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth strategies for the division.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key resource for branches and management, providing support on finance and operational matters.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards that provide insights into business performance.
- Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and forecast sales across markets, distribution channels, and product families.
- Create compelling presentations and provide data-driven insights for regular business reviews.
- Perform financial statement analysis, identify variances, and make strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive month-end reports with actionable business commentary for leadership decision-making.
- Review and analyze monthly transactions, identifying anomalies and providing resolution strategies.
- Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- A university degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.
- CPA designation
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within large corporate environments.
- Familiarity with Cognos TM1 is an asset.
- Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
- Proven analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
