Our real estate client is creating a new role for a senior financial analyst to work on the company's investment and growth projects, capable of working on project modeling and financing.
This is a great opportunity to combine your FP&A experience with your knowledge of finance and treasury.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities for this position of Senior Financial Analyst -Investment and Financing will mainly be :
- Develop financial models for all new projects (between 4 and 10 projects per year)
- set up and monitor project budgets
- Define financing strategies for each new project and financing renewals
- work with various internal departments
- Negotiate with external parties to optimize and structure funding
- Set up dashboards and act as advisor to management
- Implement tools to optimize day-to-day management.
- Ad hoc mandates.
Qualifications
The qualifications sought for this Senior Financial Analyst - Investment and Financing role are :
- Studies in finance, a CPA or CFA designation is a strong asset
- Min 4- 5 years' experience combining expertise in financial modeling and knowledge of financing
- French-speaking, functional English an asset
