Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst FPA - Fintech Industry
Location: Montreal (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 110K depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the budget, forecasts and variance analyses.
- Develop and improve financial models to support decision-making.
- Track KPIs, identify trends, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Optimize and automate financial reporting and forecasting using tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Collaborate with internal departments (product, sales, IT) to improve profitability and efficiency of operations.
- Participate in the implementation of new technological solutions to improve financial analysis and data management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and analytical tools to increase the efficiency of the FP&A team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field (CFA, CPA, MBA an asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or other financial automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation of complex data in a synthetic manner.
