Responsibilities
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the production, analysis and improvement of financial reports. He works closely with accounting, FP&A, and strategic stakeholders teams to provide accurate and insightful analysis that is critical to decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting processes by optimizing the tools and methodologies used.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to ensure smooth communication of financial data.
- Produce performance analyses and propose recommendations to optimize profitability and financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in reporting to financial authorities and investors.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects for the digitization and automation of financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience in financial analysis, reporting or auditing
- Strong analytical skills, rigor and critical thinking to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards and financial regulations is a plus.
