As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining financial models, identifying key drivers, and providing insights that guide decision-making processes to drive profitability and business growth.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP of Finance, your duties and responsibilities will include;
Pricing Strategy & Analysis:
oKey business partner for both the Business Development & Operational Leaders for financial modeling, strategic financial proposals, and financial advice.
oAnalyze current pricing structures and recommend strategic adjustments to optimize profitability.
oPrepare financial proforma for new business opportunities and incorporate competitive KPIs.
oPrepare clear, concise, and understandable financial proposals for client presentations and RFP responses.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
oWork cross-functionally with teams across the organization, including operations, finance and IT, to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
oPresent financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
oLead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business units across Canada to gather input and provide accurate financial projections.
oManage ongoing financial forecasting, updating forecasts based on business performance, and communicating insights to key stakeholders.
oDevelop and maintain financial models that support the long-term planning of the company, focusing on key business drivers.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
oPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to present to senior leadership, providing key insights and variance analyses.
oIdentify trends and variances in financial performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
oSupport ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA considered an asset).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing, preferably within a large service organization.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a national or multi-regional business is preferred.
