Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key player in decision-making and the continuous improvement of financial processes, contributing directly to the
performance and profitability of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor financial performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the financial results of the various business units and technology projects.
- Actively participate in the optimization of financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support operational leaders in their decision-making.
- Develop financial models to assess the profitability of new strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide an advisory role to stakeholders to improve cost and revenue management.
- Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and developments in the technology sector to adapt financial strategies.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent proficiency in financial analysis and modeling tools.
- Ability to simplify complex data to aid in decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in improving financial processes is an asset.
