Responsibilities
Governance Cost Centre Alignment:
•Collaborate with other teams to synchronize governance cost collectors and cost centre hierarchies across all systems.
•Ensure seamless mapping of governance structures between Other teams for unified financial reporting and operational consistency.
Associate Mapping:
•Oversee accurate mapping of associates across Other teams, ensuring governance cost collectors and cost centre hierarchies reflect current organizational needs.
•Partner with P&O and finance teams to devise and ensure accurate tracking of the RDS role model organization in all applicable systems.
Process Optimization and Training:
•Educate teams in Other teams on managing governance hierarchies and cost structures, ensuring best practices across all systems.
•Develop and streamline workflows to optimize budget control and governance management, improving operational efficiency in both organizations.
Invoice Transparency & Cost Volatility Management:
•Work closely with Other teams to increase invoice data transparency, enhancing financial reporting accuracy and reducing periodic cost volatility.
•Establish a framework for accurate transactional data sharing and accrual management across all systems, ensuring reduced errors and improved financial control.
External Labs Data Tracking & Analytics:
•Implement solutions for Other teams Regional Labs to track and visualize all external lab testing-related data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Finance and/or project management experience within a large multinational corporation
Finance, Governance Management, Hierarchy Setup, SAP,
Workday, Organizational Agility
Need to Speak French fluently
