This is a 5-month contract with the possibility of extension, it requires the talent to work onsite at our client's office in Toronto on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience working on digital client portals
• 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering & BRD documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience launching email journeys for client servicing
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in banking and wealth management
• Experience working on digital transformation projects
