Responsibilities
• Lead solution architecture and develop overarching technical visions for digital services.
• Guide teams in implementing user-centric, agile solutions.

• Mentor teams in agile principles, practices, and coding standards.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field of study.
• 5 years of experience conveying technical information to non-technical people and advising decision-makers on technical options.
• 5 years of experience in leading solution architecture and introducing the overall technical vision for large-scale Enterprise projects with integrations between systems.
• 5 years of experience leading and mentoring team(s) in agile principles, policies, and procedures.
• 2 years of experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the ability to leverage them to build scalable and resilient architectures.
• 5 years of experience working as a software architect on complex software solutions in an agile team environment.
• 5 years of experience working in software development across the full software development lifecycle.
• 5 years of experience working with open-source ecosystems such as Node.js/NPM.
Desirable Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience implementing DevSecOps in an enterprise environment.
• 5 years of experience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
• 5 years of experience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions that use enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) hub architecture registries.
• 5 years of experience working as a senior technical resource identifying and advocating technologies and approaches that lead to digital transformation in the public sector context.
• 2 years of experience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches.
• 4 years of experience leading domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
• 4 years of experience working as an architect using data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights from data.
• 4 years of experience working with other architects and/or as part of cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies through common services, reusable components, and application programming interfaces (APIs), and contributing to the overall architecture practice designing and implementing APIs and system integrations.
