Responsibilities
• Architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.
• Provide high-level estimates and recommendations to meet project requirements.
• Develop and configure custom solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing, including performance, system, and quality assurance.
• Ensure seamless deployment across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and technology advancements.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
1. Experience in architecting, estimating solution implementation effort and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules as part of delivered solution (3+ years).
2. Experience in development and implementation of Power Platform Pages, Power Automate Flows and Power Apps solutions (3+ years).
3. Experience in development and implementation of Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps (3+ years).
4. Experience in configuring custom integrations with Dynamics 365 (3+ years).
5. Experience in D365 plugin development and implementation (3+ years).
6. Experience conducting performance, unit, system, integration, and quality assurance testing of application (3+ years).
7. Development experience with .NET, CSS, Java, JavaScript and HTML (4+ years)
8. Experience in Azure Dev Ops CI/CS Pipelines (3+ years)
9. Experience deploying solutions between DEV, TEST and PROD environments in Dynamics 365 (2+ years).
10. Gathering and analyzing requirements specific to D365 implementations (5+ yrs.).
11. Up to date Microsoft Power Platform Certifications for PL-200 & PL-400

Desired Skills:
1. Experience Working for a Certified MS Dynamics Partner.
2. Up to date Microsoft Power Platform Certification for PL-600
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent documentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
6. Previous work experience with Municipal, other Government Organizations or equivalent endeavors related to development tools and technologies
