Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements
• Design and implement integrations between CRM systems and ERP/financial systems
• Develop Power Automate Flows, Azure Logic Apps, and other Power Platform components
• Contribute to solution architecture, system design, and technical documentation
• Lead and support Agile delivery efforts, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Oversee solution lifecycle management including solution layering, versioning, and deployment strategies
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with modernization goals and standards
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in a Business and/or Information Technology-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
• Proven experience with plugins, workflow activities, and web resources using .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, including deployment strategies and solution configuration
• Experience with Agile methodologies and public sector development environments
