Responsibilities

• Assist Digital Pilot Projects: Track requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs), present outcomes to the business, and ensure a smooth transition from pilot to delivery.
• Facilitate Workshops: Use your communication skills, digital product expertise, and critical thinking to organize and lead workshops with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Drive Process Standardization & Improvement: Leverage your experience, data analysis skills, and knowledge of best practices to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Product Management Experience: 3+ years.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: 5+ years.
• Strong Communication Skills: Proven written and presentation abilities.
• Jira and Confluence Proficiency: 3+ years.
• MS Office Suite Expertise: 5+ years.
• Experience in Digital Space: 3+ years.
• Experience in customer experience and digital products, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in strategic analysis, with the ability to interpret data and develop innovative solutions.
