In this role, you will be an integral member of the Compliance and EAML Examination Program (CEEP) team, leading compliance assessments with a focus on adherence to OSFI E-13 and other regulatory requirements, as outlined in the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Policy. You will ensure proper execution of all examination phases—from planning through fieldwork to reporting—and may also support other portfolios within the CEEP program.
This is a 6-month contract, with possible extension/conversion. Hybrid in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
-Manage and execute RCM examinations according to established standards and procedures
-Assess the design and operational effectiveness of compliance controls across Oversight Functions and Governance Groups
-Identify and communicate areas of non-compliance or opportunities for improvement
-Prepare clear and concise examination reports for senior leadership
-Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support findings and follow-up activities
-Contribute to the broader CEEP portfolio by supporting additional examination initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Must Have:
-5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related regulatory function
-In-depth knowledge of OSFI E-13 and regulatory compliance frameworks
-Hands-on experience conducting audits, examinations, or compliance reviews
-Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-Former banking experience, preferably in Governance roles
-Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) policy
-University Degree or College Diploma
Nice to Have:
-CPA, CIA, or other relevant compliance/audit certification
-MBA or professional accounting designation
-Prior experience in financial services or large-scale banking environments
