Working as the leader of the Claims division you'll bring a strong background of progressive experience in claims management, preferably within the travel insurance or assistance industry. You'll be able to leverage your strong leadership, your analytical skills, and your ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims examiner and support staff
help foster an environment and culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
oversee the entire claims process
develop and implement policies, procedures, and KPIs to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction
act as the key escalation for complex cases
prepare and present reports on performance, KPIs and strategy to the executive leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
At least 6 years of progressive experience in claims management
4+ years of management experience
Travel Insurance experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills in English (french is a strong asset)
Ability to lead teams in a remote environment
