Responsibilities
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements related to document lifecycle processes.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, focus groups, and training sessions with end-users.
• Develop key deliverables, including business requirements, process models, and functional specifications.
• Assist in the development of business analysis plans, analysis strategies, and briefing notes.
• Lead efforts in testing, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with technical teams and management to estimate time and resource needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements
• 5+ years of business analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering
• Proven history of current process facilitation, documentation, and mapping
• Strong abilities in future state process mapping
• Familiarity with police operational processes an asset
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Effective planning, presentation, and time management skills
• Exceptional listening skills with the ability to facilitate feedback from stakeholders
• Comfortable communicating with senior management & sworn members
• Effective problem solving and collaboration skills
• Ability to pass an enhanced security clearance
