Responsibilities

Conduct risk analysis and maintain a risk register, while assessing project interdependencies. Proactively identify project issues, documenting them and offering solutions to resolve them.
7) Project Documentation Management:
Produce and manage documentation following the agreed-upon templates and project governance standards.
8) Governance & Framework Compliance:
Ensure adherence to the client’s project management framework and delivery strategy to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience with large and complex system projects. Experience working with integration between large systems, using a variety of technologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle and or enterprise relational databases
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects that require in-house custom development
Other Requirement
Recent experience (in the last four years) in a Project Manager role for projects of similar complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience.
Recent experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies, such as Service New Brunswick.
Experience performing business analyst activities, such as workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, requirements prioritization, process flow design, business capability modeling, quality control testing, and system documentation
Recent experience having created and/or oversaw the creation and been responsible for the accuracy of test scripts
Recent experience having created and/or oversaw the creation and been responsible for the accuracy of user stories
