AI and Automations: Design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational processes. Ensure that all systems are scalable, sustainable, and provide a seamless user experience for both internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, User Experience Design, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in business solutions analysis, process improvement, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing projects and driving positive change.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
Expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and user experience design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Hands-on experience with designing and implementing automation solutions.
Familiarity with programming concepts such as JavaScript and API integrations is a plus.
Experience in the FinTech or banking industry is advantageous but not required.
