Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience with process analysis, re-engineering, and agile projects.
• Proficient in writing requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong communication, consulting, and client relationship management skills.
• Accreditation from IIBA and knowledge of BABOK are considered assets.
