•Effectively translating technical issues so all project stakeholders can understand and make effective decisions.
•Documentation of as is and to be business processes and standard operating procedures using such tools as business process modelling notation (BPMN).
•Analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
•Documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, gap analysis, user stories
•Documentation related to support training activities including reference guides and tools.

DELIVERABLES
•The successful candidate must deliver the following to complete the engagement:
•Facilitation of workshops and information-gathering sessions including the creation of supporting materials such as presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc;
•Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes and standard operating procedures using such tools as business process modeling notation (BPMN)
•Documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements, gap analysis, and user stories/use cases as it relate to new or changing program needs
•Translate business requirements into User Stories and manage them using Jira (or similar tool).
•Documentation to support training activities including reference guides and tools
Qualifications
•A University degree in Computer Science is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
•A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated IM/IT experience.
•minimum of six (6) months demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on a Healthcare project in Canada.
•6 years experience in facilitating workshops and working sessions (performed remotely or in person) for requirements gathering.
•6 years experience in coordinating and facilitating sessions with stakeholders to validate and prioritize business processes and requirements.
•6 years of experience in documenting workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
•6 years of experience in documenting both functional and non- functional business requirements, user stories, and/or gap analysis.
•6 years of experience owning a product backlog, collaborating with development teams to groom or refine the product backlog. This includes breaking down larger user stories into smaller, more manageable tasks, ensuring each story has clear acceptance criteria, and re-prioritizing based on business needs or new information.
•2 years of experience that illustrates proficient use of Jira (or similar tool) for managing product backlogs, creating and tracking user stories, epics, and tasks.
•2 years of experience contributing to and documenting various training (user) guides and tools
•1 years of experience using Salesforce, specifically objects and fields, having leveraged this knowledge to accurately document user stories, ensuring proper mapping of requirements to Salesforce data models and workflows for seamless integration with business processes.
•minimum of six (6) months demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on a Government Cancer Screening Program implementation.
