Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the evolution of digital Wealth products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business analysis efforts for this project, including gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong wealth and investment acumen, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and exceptional Business Analysis abilities.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting complex technical APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and challenges proactively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Additional Skills "Nice to Have":
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking industry with a Fintech or wealth focus.
- Experience or understanding with these solutions: Salesforce, Oak, Google Big Query, OneVest.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of Product Management is an asset.
- Experience in website development is an asset.
- Experience with COTS solutions.
