Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimizations
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for process automation and efficiency
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-implementation support
• Work with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integrations
• Document workflows, processes, and system changes for stakeholder communication
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of D365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, or Finance & Operations
• Experience in business requirements gathering and translating them into functional solutions
• Understanding of system integrations, data migration, and customization within D365
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
