Responsibilities
•Handle full-cycle bookkeeping services for clients.
•Oversee daily accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and recording transactions in the general ledger.
•Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
•Generate and review financial statements such as profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries.
•Prepare and submit GST and PST filings.
•Manage the preparation and submission of WCB reports.
•Complete and file various tax forms, including T1, T3, T4, T4A, T5, and T5018.
Qualifications
•2+ years experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
•Solid understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
•Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
•Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online required (Cannot be Desktop version).
